Woodcore Raised Floor Series Raised Access Floor Products

SAC Woodcore Raised Floor panel consists of high-density particle board as the center core material. There are 2 types of panels: full encapsulated panel and panel with PVC band edge.

Encapsulated woodcore panel
The encapsulated calcium sulphate panel is in full steel encasement and good sealing. Steel sheet is bonded to the top and bottom surface of the core with profiled edges. The thickness of the panel is 28mm. Both corner-lock and without corner-lock panel are available.

Woodcore panel with PVC band edge
For the woodcore panel with PVC band edge, the steel sheet is bonded to the top and bottom surface of the core and the PVC edging strip is glued to each edge of the panel. The thickness of the panel are 30mm or 40mm.
